Electric Car Charging Stations
New diesel and petrol vehicles will be banned in the UK from 2030 – it's time to go green!
If you're looking to buy a new car or van over the next few years, the chances are that the selection of fossil fuel vehicles available will become more limited as electric and plug-in hybrid cars become the vehicle of choice for all road users.
As performance and range increases, electric vehicles are becoming a real option for most people. What's more, not only are electric cars exempt from road tax and the London Congestion Charge, but they are entitled to free parking in numerous Pay & Display areas. Maintenance costs are also generally a lot lower, with electric motors typically having less than 25 moving parts vs hundreds in a traditional fossil fuel vehicle.
If you're keen to invest in the future, contact FireCare today - we can install electric car charging stations at your workplace or home.
